When will my card be charged?
Cards are charged after your order is packed. This typically happens on the Wednesday or Thursday following the order deadline.
What time will I pickup my order?
A pickup date and time will be given to you at checkout. If anything changes, the farm will certainly let you know.
What happens if I forget to pick up?
Life happens sometimes. If you forget to pickup, contact the farm. We will do all we can to help you get your order.
How should I expect my order to arrive? Should I bring anything to pick up?
All items are carefully packaged in coolers and cardboard boxes. Loose items are bagged. Eggs and milk jugs may be loose. A packing list will be included so you can make sure you grab all of your items. We recommend bringing a bag or a cooler with you to pick up.
Can I return clean jars and packing materials?
Yes! Please make sure all returns are clean. The farmer will sanitize them, but caked-on gunk can sometimes be impossible to remove. The farmer gives credit for clean returned jars. Bring your returns in a bag and leave them when picking up.
*If your site coordinator does not record jar returns, please be sure to email the farm the amount and sizes of your returned jars.
