Returns Policy

For Beiler Family Farm

Since our food is perishable, we don’t allow customers to return items. 

If you receive items that differ from your receipt, are missing, or damaged, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us at We will be happy to offer you store credit or a refund upon request. 

If a credit is requested, you will receive store credit for the full sales price amount (plus shipping if applicable) and the funds will be available immediately for purchases.

If a refund is requested, you will be refunded the full sales price amount (plus shipping if applicable) and the funds will be applied to the card on your account. Once a refund is issued, you will see the funds appear back on your card within 7-10 business days. 


Although food is not returnable, we do allow customers to return clean jars for store credit. The farm will wash and sanitize the jars for reuse.

This is only an option when you pickup your order or have your order delivered via a farm driver. This is NOT an option for FedEx delivery.

The amount of credit given for each jar is clearly listed under each product on the store when you are logged in:

All jar returns must be reported to the farm within 1 week of returning the jars. The farm will issue you jar return credit within 48 hours.


Store credit is automatically deducted from purchase on If you have store credit available you can view the amount anytime in your Beiler Family Farm account page. 


Store credit can be gained by returning glass jars or in lieu for cash refunds. 


Your store credit can be used as cash to shop Your store credit will be automatically applied to your order at checkout. Store credit can be used in conjunction with other special offers, discounts and promotional sales. 


Store credit CANNOT be redeemed for cash. Store credit does not expire. Beiler Family Farm reserves all rights to change this policy as needed. If there are any changes to our store credit policy, we will notify customers on our website and via email communication.
