Our beef bones have bits of beautiful grass-fed beef still attached. While that meat may not be enough for a whole meal, it will add a hearty depth of flavor to your soups and stocks. 

Each package comes with an assorted mix of bones cut down for broth making, including the knucklebones. The cartilage from the knuckle primal muscle is gelatin-rich and perfect for thicking broth!
