What is chipped steak you ask? It is simply various cuts of beef sliced very thinly! Chipped steak is most commonly used in steak sandwiches, and probably most famously used in the "Philly Cheese Steak."

Chipped steak cooks up quick and easy. It can be used in many recipes and makes a great substitute for ground beef!
