Our cow milk kefir is a delicious and tangy probiotic-rich drink.

The grains used in making this kefir have been maintained by the Beiler family for over 15 years!

About one tablespoon of kefir grain is used in creating one gallon of our nutritious cow milk kefir. These grains continue to grow and they are reused over and over again.

Kefir is delicious on its own or added to smoothies, baking recipes, overnight oatmeal, and more!

About our fermenting process:

All of the milk used in our fermented dairy products is never heated above 100 degrees. 

In fact, most of the time Farmer Jonas milks the cows then takes that warm fresh milk immediately to be made into a variety of raw fermented dairy products. 

No need to heat it again when it comes out of the cow at the perfect temperature of 101 degrees. 

Beiler fermented dairy products have a nice long ferment time of 24-48 hours. This makes the products more digestable and develops the delicious flavor!
