In fact, it sells out just about as fast as farmer Jonas can get it made!

This favorite cut of meat comes from the underside of the pork belly. The fatty meat of the pork belly gives any cut of meat from this section extra tenderness and full flavor. 

Our bacon is expertly sliced into delicate strips that fry up perfect and extra crispy in the pan!

Beiler Family Farm's bacon is:

  • sugar cured
  • smoked with wood 
  • fully cooked to 165 degrees

The mild sweetness and lightly smoked flavors in this bacon complement the delicious natural pork flavor!

Our bacon is packed in half-pound packages for the perfect portion to fry up and serve along with the eggs and toast on your breakfast table.

A bit about our pork:

Beiler Family Farm takes pride in raising our animals naturally and with care. This attention to care and detail is reflected in the quality of each cut of our delicious pork products. 

Our pigs are born and raised here on the farm. They are fed a non-GMO grain that is sourced from local farmers as well as our own farm-grown hay.
